Tectonic-Magmatic and Ore Deposits of Sumatra and Java

My research interests are in the application of fieldwork geology for resources, petrology and tectonic. Hydrothermal gold and base metals mineralization at Sunda-Banda Arc, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi, Rare Earth Elements (REE) enrichment in the granitoids and their weathered crusts, geothermal of volcanic and non-volcanic of Java, Sumatra, Halmahera, and SE-Sulawesi. My recent and ongoing studies on: (1) Geochemical and Geochronological study of volcanic-plutonic rocks of Sumatra and Java (with IES-AS, Taiwan). (2) REE studies on granitoids of Sumatra and their weathered crusts, mobilization of REE in the hydrothermal alteration and their weathered profile, (3). Geothermal and related volcanism of Java volcanoes, (4). Linking the resources to tectonic-magmatism.
